The newly appointed Commissioner, Kaduna State Public Complaints Commission, Muhammad Sani Idris has pledged to work diligently towards improving the efficiency of the commission in addressing grievances and promoting administrative justice.
Muhammad Sani Idris who stated this during a media briefing at the commission in Kaduna, said the commission is planning to strengthen its operations through staff capacity building, improved welfare and increased public awareness about its services.
He explained that the commission which has been in existence since 1975 has its own team of lawyers and an investigation department working to manage cases under within its purview.
The commissioner noted that the Kaduna State Public Complaint Commission has recently won thirteen cases and is working toward the speedy resolution of pending matters.
The new Kaduna State Public Complaint Commission boss called for stronger collaboration with the media to raise awareness about the commission’s activities and how citizens can lodge complaints.
