Traditional and religious leaders have been urged to support leaders efforts in ensuring rapid development.
Shamakin Chika Soron Zazzau, Alhaji Sani Nagarta, made the call during a solidarity visit to the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency, NDLEA state commandant, Samaila Dan Malam, at his office.
Alhaji Sani Nagarta emphasized that traditional and religious leaders play a vital role in keeping drugs away from youths.
He commended the NDLEA National Commandant, Brigadier General, Buba Marwa (retired), for deploying capable personnel to various state commands, including Kaduna State.
Sani Nagarta assured that traditional and religious leaders will continue supporting NDLEA's fight against drug abuse in the state.
Earlier, Alhaji Samaila Dan Malam, state commander of NDLEA, appreciated traditional and religious leaders for backing the state command's activities.
