Kaduna State Governor has flagged off the training and equipping of first batch of eight hundred personnel of the Special Operation Force for the Armed Forces of Nigeria, held at Camp Kabala, Jaji.
The governor represented by the state Deputy Governor, Dr. Hadiza Sabuwa Balarabe seek the opportunity to thank men and women in uniforms for their continued sacrifices in the protection of lives and properties in Kaduna State.
He assured them that the Kaduna state government under his watch will continue to stand solidly behind them and provide all the necessary support they need for the training as the host community.
She also commissioned hostels to be used by the trainees in the course of the three-month program.
The event was attended by the Minister for Defence, Alhaji Mohammed Badaru Abubakar, Chief of Defence Staff, General Christopher Gwabin Musa; Representatives of Service Chiefs, commissioners and senior military officers.
